Existing Membership Renewals are due on 1st April 2025
Step 1: Read the website information.
Step 2: Decide which of the Club Sessions is most appropriate for you (if in doubt come to the Beginners Group).
Step 3: Check the Announcements & Social Media updates shown on the homepage of the website to make sure there are no changes to the sessions.
Step 4: See the First Timers section for further information about your first session and details of what you will need to bring with you.
Step 5: Fill out our online disclaimer form.
Step 6: If you still like it 4 weeks later pay your subscription and become a member:

Step 6: Well that's up to you... Maybe nothing more than come along and run with us every Wednesday, or it could be a WSFRL Race, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or even maybe eventually an Ultra! The choice is yours...
