Welfare Officer

The Welfare Officer together with the coaches aims to ensure the safety and welfare of club members. This is achieved through:

· Ensuring that reflective bibs are available to members for coached sessions

· Ensuring the first aid equipment is stocked and up to date

· Maintaining a junior members register

· Verifying CRB forms
