Events to organize:

Christmas Do: Book January. take names, meal choices and money, Liaise with event. Organize table plan, Raffle organize, sell tickets or organize volunteers.

Feb: valentines meal organize, take names, meal, choices and money. Liase with venue

Marathon Breakfast: find a venue, liase, advertise, buy ingredients for breakfast, organize other things to raise money ie sweets in jar

Marathon Meal: book venue and liase with, advertise, take names money & meal choices. Find out who is a marathon virgin. Buy flowers & /or beer.

WWW Party: advertise, find a venue, organize BBQ coal /gas ketchup etc pimms & Beer /entertainment for children

Quiz Night: take names, arrange to book suitable hall, find someone to be quiz master, buy prizes, organize food, take names and money

AGM: organize food, collect from venue, takes names & money.

I normally make up goody bags for WWW childrens race, buy contents and put bags together

Look into and organize other socials ie ladies night, gents night, trip to vineyard, Harveys, Dark Star
