Prepares agenda for Committee meetings and the Club AGM, and keeps minutes of the meetings. Liaises with bodies to which the Club is affiliated, including the BAF, Sussex Grand Prix and WSFRL, and attends meetings of the latter two groups. Maintains records of minutes of meetings and correspondence.
