Step 1: Read the website information.
Step 2: Decide which of the Club Sessions is most appropriate for you (if in doubt come to the 6.30pm Beginner Groups).
Step 3: Check the Announcements & Social Media updates shown on the homepage of the website to make sure there are no changes to the sessions.
Step 4: Print out and complete a copy of our Disclaimer Form (click here to open) and bring it with you to your first session.
Step 5: Come and Find Us at the Burgess Hill School for Girls (Senior school gym) on a Wednesday evening, introduce yourself to a Coach and join in...
Step 6: If you still like it 4 weeks later pay your subscription and become a member:

Step 7: Well that's up to you... Maybe nothing more than come along and run with us every Wednesday, or it could be a WSFRL Race, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon or even maybe eventually an Ultra! The choice is yours...
