The Walking Group meet each Wednesday (weather permitting) at 6:30pm at various locations in or near to Burgess Hill. The location is announced each week and shared to all members via email and social media.
The Walking Group is both for runners returning from injury and wanting to slowly build up their fitness as part of their rehabilitation and also for those wanting to specially use walking as a fitness method. This is a great social gathering with lots of conversation with all welcome including your dogs.
The group walks for approximately 4 miles and last between 1-1.5 hours.
