As a member of the WSFRL, we organise and host a race usually on the first or second Sunday in July. A mainly off-road run of 4.5 miles it starts and finishes at Wivelsfield Village Hall. RH17 7QG The race starts with one and three-quarter laps of the playing fields before heading out onto Eastern Road and a short run along a pavement before turning onto a bridle path. The race heads out onto Hundred Acre Lane, after which the route sticks to the paths and bridleways on and around Ditchling Common. The race finishes with a half lap of the playing field. A junior race of 1 mile is also organised, starting before the senior race.
