On the above night the Performance and Development Groups will be training at the track in Mountfield Road, Lewes. The Beginners Group will meet at 6.30pm at the girls school

Daytime Group new venue

With effect from 10th January the Daytime Group will now be meeting at the Triangle Leisue Centre

Training on 11th January 2012

On the above night the Development and Performance groups will be training at the athletics track in Lewes. We will not be meeting at the girls school although the Beginners group will meet as usual at 6.30pm

Daytime Running Group

Burgess Hill Runners is pleased to announce that there will be a new day time running group starting from 6th September. It will be held every Tuesday morning at Burgess Hill Rugby Club at the end of Poveys Close. It will start at 9.45am for approximately one hour which will include warming up and cooling down. It is intended for people new to running or for those who would like to improve. Everyone over the age of 18 is welcome. The cost is £2 a session and people can try up to four times without committing to become a member of BHR. The group will meet during West Sussex term time only.

In addition, BHR also organizes another group for Beginners and Improvers which meets every Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm at Burgess Hill School for Girls.
