BHR is presenting a Strength & Conditioning Workshop on Wednesday 10th February.
The workshop will be held in the school hall where we usually meet and will be a 30 min session starting with a little background info & then a workout.
The session will be repeated twice to enable as many runners as possible to both run & attend the workshop:
6:45pm-7:15pm for those running at 7:30pm
7:45pm-8:15pm for those running at 6:30pm
Please bring your own mat or towel if you wish to take part in the workshop.
